A infant Patient comes in ER with simple chronic diarrhea/ Toddler's Diarrhea
visited multiple clinics for
one month
every place added another medicine, another syrup, another antibiotic… but no one properly counseled the parents.
Not every child needs a bag full of drugs. Sometimes the real treatment is clinical knowledge, reassurance, hydration advice, nutrition counseling, and honest communication.
Our healthcare system is collapsing under overprescription, commercialization, and careless practice, especially in rural areas where vulnerable families trust every prescription blindly.
Poor parents spend their money, children receive unnecessary medications, and nobody explains the actual disease process.
Medicine is not a business of exploiting fear
A doctor’s first duty is to protect the patient not the market of medicines.
If we normalize unnecessary treatment in children, then we are failing both humanity and our profession.

Advice
Make Sure what ever you are giving your patient It should be prescribed by professional Doctor
Also Don't inforce Doctors to prescribe iv or oral medication more than needed!
