Cervical spondylitis is caused in the discs, ligaments, vertebrae of the neck and cervical spine. The seven vertebrae are well associated with the cervical spine which forms the neck. It is situated in the lowermost part of the skull which gets thinner, and it increases the risk of the symptoms. It causes pain and stiffness on the neck, and the symptoms can’t be figured out sometimes.
The cartilage which is present in the vertebrae can be wear and tear at any moment. If the protective cartilage is damaged, spurs can be developed on vertebrae. And the nerves which are attached on the spines may get less room to make their way between vertebrae. The discs and essential nerves compressed and later it causes Cervical Spondylitis.
