A doctor at Shifa International Hospitals Ltd. criticized all PhD and MSN nurses, emphasizing that nurses should not pursue advanced nursing education. Furthermore, it is suggested that FCPS or MCPS doctors are not needed, and only MBBS doctors are required. The Pakistan Nursing and Midwifery Council must take necessary action.
