آج MAA GEE Rehab Center میں غصے کے مسائل (Anger Issues) کے موضوع پر گروپ سیشن منعقد کیا گیا۔
سیشن کے دوران مریضوں کو غصے کی وجوہات، اس کے منفی اثرات، اور اسے صحت مند انداز میں کنٹرول کرنے کے مؤثر طریقوں سے آگاہ کیا گیا۔ سب نے اپنے تجربات شیئر کیے اور مثبت رویوں، برداشت، مؤثر گفتگو اور جذبات پر قابو پانے کی مشق کی۔
غصے پر قابو پانا کمزوری نہیں، بلکہ ایک مضبوط شخصیت کی پہچان ہے۔
