Osteolytic lesion in distal forearm and wrist; in first x.ray we can't clearly define the exact location /origin of the lesion, but after 3 doses of injection Denasumab 120 mg subcutaneously, there is calcification and clear outline of the lesion in distal Ulna. Now patient's pain has subsided, resection will be easier in this patient after injection Denasumab.
