Young male patient with pituitary apoplexy and deteriorating vision operated with desired post operative results. Patient's vision has been saved.
Vision improved significantly post-op.

MRI--> Rapidly growing Brain Tumor (High grade gliom)

Operated for excision of tumor, complete tumor removed. Surgery took 3 hours. Post operative recovery was smooth, and patient discharged on third day of surgery with significant improvement in symptoms.

اَجَعَلْتُمْ سِقَایَةَ الْحَآجِّ وَ عِمَارَةَ الْمَسْجِدِ الْحَرَامِ كَمَنْ اٰمَنَ بِاللّٰهِ وَ الْیَوْمِ الْاٰخِرِ وَ جٰهَدَ فِیْ سَبِیْلِ اللّٰهِؕ-لَا یَسْتَوٗنَ عِنْدَ اللّٰهِؕ-وَ اللّٰهُ لَا یَهْدِی الْقَوْمَ الظّٰلِمِیْنَﭥ (9:19)

ترجمہ: کنزالعرفان
تو کیا تم نے حا جیوں کو پانی پلانے (والے) کو اور مسجدِ حرام کی خدمت کرنے (والے) کواس شخص کے برابر ٹھہرا لیا جو اللہ اور قیامت پر ایمان لایا اور اس نے اللہ کی راہ میں جہاد کیا، یہ اللہ کے نزدیک برابر نہیں ہیں اور اللہ ظالموں کوہدایت نہیں دیتا۔
