Foamy urine can happen occasionally, but persistent or frequent foam should not be ignored.
It may sometimes indicate protein leaking into the urine, which can be linked to an underlying kidney problem. A urine test and proper medical evaluation can help identify the cause early.
If you regularly notice foamy urine, especially with swelling, changes in urination, or other symptoms, consider getting your kidneys checked.
