PRESS RELEASE

Al-Hamra Medical Centre successfully organized a Free Foot Evaluation Camp under the expert supervision of Dr. Shakeela Qazi with the aim of promoting awareness regarding diabetes-related foot complications and preventive healthcare.

During the camp, more than 100 patients were facilitated with Free DPNP Screening, Comprehensive Foot Evaluation, and Medical Consultation. Patients were thoroughly assessed for diabetic neuropathy, circulation issues, foot deformities, infection risks, and other diabetes-related complications.

The camp received an overwhelming response from the community, highlighting the growing need for awareness and early detection of diabetic foot problems. The medical team also educated patients regarding foot care, diabetes management, preventive measures, and the importance of timely medical intervention to avoid severe complications.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Shakeela Qazi emphasized that early diagnosis and proper foot care can significantly reduce the risk of ulcers, infections, and amputations among diabetic patients. She further reiterated the commitment of Al-Hamra Medical Centre towards serving humanity through accessible and quality healthcare services.
