Struggling with “L”? Try these quick tricks:

*1. Tongue Elevator*
Tip of tongue goes up behind top front teeth. Say “la-la-la” like a song.

*2. Lollipop Licks*
Lick a lollipop or your lips in a circle. Helps strengthen the tongue tip.

*3. Slow Stretch*
Hold /l/ for 3 seconds: “llllight, lllamp, lllion”

*4. Tongue Holding*
Gently hold tongue tip with clean gauze, then practice “la, le, lo”. Teaches placement.

Practice 2 mins daily in front of a mirror 🎯

Tip: /L/ at the end is tricky. Try “ball, bell, fall” and really lift that tongue tip.
