A proud milestone for Compassion Couch. 🤍

We are proud to celebrate Hajrah Rehman and Dr. Humera Saeed on the publication of their research in the British Journal of Psychotherapy, one of the world’s leading journals in psychoanalytic psychotherapy.

Their work represents an important contribution to international psychoanalytic scholarship while bringing perspectives from Pakistan to the global stage. It reflects our continued commitment to advancing clinical excellence, research, and psychoanalytic thinking.

Over the past year, our inaugural cohort of the Foundation Year in Group Analysis has come together month after month to think, listen, reflect, and learn not only about group analysis, but about the complexity of relationships, the value of curiosity, and the experience of being with others.

As we mark the completion of this first Foundation Year, we celebrate not an ending, but the beginning of a growing community committed to reflective practice and the development of group analytic thinking in Pakistan.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our participants, faculty and to everyone who helped make this programme possible. Your presence has shaped something that we hope will continue to grow for many years to come. We look forward to seeing this community carry these conversations into their clinical work, organizations, and everyday encounters.
