Patient consulted for extreme anemia, where her haemoglobin 5.4. while i suggested her dietary intervention, i also advised her that this is a medical emergency and she might need to get transfused.

The patient is currently following dietary regimen, plus her venofer infusions and progressing gradually.

Please listen when your Dietitian asks you to get yourselves checked. Your condition might be a medical emergency and cannot simply be covered by diet only.
