مجھے تقریباً پانچ سال سے سماعت کی دشواری کا سامنا تھا، جس کی وجہ سے گفتگو سننے اور بات سمجھنے میں کافی مشکل پیش آتی تھی۔ مختلف جگہوں سے مشورہ اور علاج کروانے کی کوشش کی، لیکن مطلوبہ اطمینان نہیں ملا۔

تقریباً دو سال پہلے میں Islamabad Hearing Center آیا۔ یہاں میری سماعت کا باقاعدہ معائنہ کیا گیا اور میری ضرورت کے مطابق مکمل رہنمائی فراہم کی گئی۔ بعد میں دوبارہ رابطہ کیا تو الحمدللہ مجھے میری سماعت کے مطابق مناسب

❤️ 75 سالہ والدہ کی سماعت کی پریشانی، بیٹے کی فکر اور ایک بہتر حل کی تلاش کی کہانی، جو انہیں اسلام آباد ہیئرنگ سینٹر تک لے آئی

میرا نام محمود شاہ ہے اور میرا تعلق اسلام آباد سے ہے۔ میں اپنی 75 سالہ والدہ کے ساتھ اسلام آباد ہیئرنگ سینٹر آیا۔ میری والدہ تقریباً دس سال سے سماعت میں دشواری کا سامنا کر رہی تھیں۔

اس سے پہلے ہم نے ایک اور ادارے سے ہیئرنگ ایڈ لیا تھا، لیکن والدہ اس کے استعمال میں مکمل طور پر آرام دہ محسوس نہیں کر رہی تھیں۔ اسی وجہ سے ہم نے فیصلہ کیا کہ کسی ایسے ماہر ادارے سے رجوع کیا جائے جہاں ان کی سماعت کا مکمل جائزہ لے کر مناسب اور آرام دہ حل فراہم کیا جا سکے۔

کے ساتھ برسوں سے بہتر سننے کا تجربہ۔

میری بیوی کو سننے میں کافی عرصے سے مشکل تھی، جس کی وجہ سے ہم ایک بہتر حل کی تلاش میں تھے۔

میں نے مختلف جگہوں پر کوشش کی، لیکن آخرکار G-8 میں موجود اس سنٹر سے ہمیں بہت اچھی رہنمائی اور مدد ملی۔ الحمدللہ، تقریباً 6 سے 7 سال سے مجھے یہاں سے بہت فائدہ مل رہا ہے۔ آج بھی میں اپنی Hearing Aid کی صفائی اور سروس کے لیے یہاں آیا ہوں۔

یہاں کا اسٹاف بہت تعاون کرتا ہے اور اگر پانی لگنے یا کسی اور وجہ سے ڈیوائس میں معمولی مسئلہ ہو جائے تو اس کی مناسب دیکھ بھال اور سروس کر دی جاتی ہے۔

میرا تجربہ یہاں بہت اچھا رہا ہے۔ میں دوسرے لوگوں کو بھی مشورہ دوں گا کہ اگر انہیں سماعت کا مسئلہ ہے تو G-8 میں اس سنٹر سے ضرور رابطہ کریں اور مناسب رہنمائی حاصل کریں۔

My name is Farman Ullah Khan, and I am from Attock.

I had been experiencing hearing difficulties since around 2009–2010, and over time, my hearing problem gradually became worse.
