این آئی سی وی ڈی کراچی میں بچوں کے دل کی بے ترتیب دھڑکن کے علاج کے لیے 500 کامیاب پروسیجرز مکمل کر لیے گئے ہیں۔

پیڈیاٹرک الیکٹرو فزیالوجی پروگرام کے تحت بچوں میں دل کی دھڑکن کی پیچیدہ بیماریوں کا جدید علاج کیا جا رہا ہے، جو سندھ حکومت کے تعاون سے مکمل طور پر مفت فراہم کیا جاتا ہے۔

بروقت تشخیص اور جدید علاج کے ذریعے دل کی بے ترتیب دھڑکن سے ہونے والی سنگین پیچیدگیوں اور اچانک موت کے خطرے کو کم کیا جا سکتا ہے۔

این آئی سی وی ڈی کراچی میں بچوں کے دل کی دھڑکن کے امراض کے علاج کے لیے 500 سے زائد جدید انویسیو پروسیجرز کامیابی سے مکمل کر لیے گئے ہیں۔

پیڈیاٹرک الیکٹرو فزیالوجی پروگرام کے تحت پیدائش کے فوراً بعد سے 18 سال تک کے ایسے بچوں کا علاج کیا جا رہا ہے جن کی دل کی دھڑکن بہت تیز، بہت سست یا بے ترتیب ہو جاتی ہے۔ علاج کے لیے پیس میکر، آئی سی ڈی امپلانٹیشن، الیکٹرو فزیالوجی اسٹڈی اور کیتھیٹر ابلیشن جیسے جدید پروسیجرز کیے جاتے ہیں۔

سندھ حکومت کے تعاون سے یہ مہنگا اور جدید علاج این آئی سی وی ڈی میں ملک بھر سے آنے والے بچوں کو مکمل طور پر مفت فراہم کیا جا رہا ہے۔

اگر بچے کو اچانک دل کی دھڑکن تیز ہونے، سانس پھولنے، بار بار بے ہوشی، دورے جیسی کیفیت یا کھیلتے ہوئے غیر معمولی تھکن کی شکایت ہو تو فوری طور پر ماہر ڈاکٹر سے رجوع کریں۔

NICVD Karachi has expanded its minimally invasive cardiac surgery services with the introduction of Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting, CABG, through a left anterior mini thoracotomy.

For selected patients, the procedure is performed through a small incision on the left side of the chest without cutting the sternum.

The patient featured in this video underwent the procedure at NICVD Karachi and is recovering well after receiving treatment completely free of cost.

NICVD remains committed to providing advanced cardiac treatment to patients from across Pakistan, completely free of cost.

این آئی سی وی ڈی کراچی نے کم چیرا لگانے والی دل کی سرجری کی سہولت کو مزید بڑھاتے ہوئے اب منتخب مریضوں میں بائی پاس سرجری، یعنی CABG، ایک نئے طریقے سے شروع کی ہے۔

اس طریقے میں سینے کے بائیں جانب ایک چھوٹا سا چیرا لگایا جاتا ہے اور سینے کی درمیانی ہڈی کاٹنے کی ضرورت نہیں پڑتی۔

اس ویڈیو میں دکھائے گئے مریض کی بائی پاس سرجری این آئی سی وی ڈی کراچی میں اسی طریقے سے کی گئی۔ مکمل طور پر مفت علاج کے بعد وہ اچھی طرح صحت یاب ہو رہے ہیں۔
