The ear is the organ that enables hearing and, in mammals, balance. In mammals, the ear is usually described as having three parts—the outer ear, the middle ear and the inner ear. The outer ear consists of the pinna and the ear canal. Since the outer ear is the only visible portion of the ear in most animals, the word "ear" often refers to the external part alone. The middle ear includes the tympanic cavity and the three ossicles. The inner ear sits in the bony labyrinth, and contains structures which are key to several senses: the semicircular canals, which enable balance and eye tracking when moving; the utricle and saccule, which enable balance when stationary; and the cochlea, which enables hearing. The ears of vertebrates are placed somewhat symmetrically on either side of the head, an arrangement that aids sound localisation.

The ear develops from the first pharyngeal pouch and six small swellings that develop in the early embryo called otic placodes, which are derived from ectoderm.

Eyes are organs of the visual system. They provide living organisms with vision, the ability to receive and process visual detail, as well as enabling several photo response functions that are independent of vision. Eyes detect light and convert it into electro-chemical impulses in neurons. In higher organisms, the eye is a complex optical system which collects light from the surrounding environment, regulates its intensity through a diaphragm, focuses it through an adjustable assembly of lenses to form an image, converts this image into a set of electrical signals, and transmits these signals to the brain through complex neural pathways that connect the eye via the optic nerve to the visual cortex and other areas of the brain. Eyes with resolving power have come in ten fundamentally different forms, and 96% of animal species possess a complex optical system. Image-resolving eyes are present in molluscs, chordates and arthropods.

♦️Kegel Exercises (Pelvic Floor Exercises) ♦️

▪️ Kegel exercises also called pelvic floor exercises) are done to strengthen pelvic floor muscles.
▪️ Kegel exercises not only can help prevent urine from leaking, but can also help prevent the accidental passing of stool or gas.
▪️ Keeping these muscles 'fit,' helps keep uterus, bladder, and bowel from sagging down into the va**na.

💥 How to find pelvic floor muscles?

▪️Pelvic floor muscles are a group of muscles that form a small ‘sling or hammock’ that runs between p***c bone in the front of the body to the tailbone at the back.
▪️Finding your pelvic floor muscles is pretty simple. Try stopping the flow of urine when sitting on the toilet.
📢 Only do this until you learn how it feels otherwise this stopping and starting of urine flow can lead to other health problems.
▪️ You can also insert a finger into va**na and squeeze the muscles in va**na around it. You should feel pressure around your finger.
▪️ The muscles you feel ‘lifting’ inside of you when you are trying these activities are the same ones you strengthen during Kegel exercises.

💥 When expect to see improvement?

▪️ Most women notice less urine leakage within 12 weeks after starting and sticking with a Kegel exercise routine.

💥 Kegel exercises are also helpful for men
▪️ It helps to improve incontinence (depending on the cause).
▪️ It helps to manage prostate pain and swelling that occurs with prostatitis and benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).
▪️ It Increases sexual pleasure through greater control of ej*******on & improved or**sm sensation.

💥 Goals and benefits of Kegel exercises

▪️ Always empty your bladder before doing Kegel exercises
▪️ When first start doing Kegel exercises, tense the muscles in the pelvic floor for a count of three, then relax them for a count of three. Keep going until you’ve done 10 repetitions. Over the next several days, practice until you can hold the muscles tense for a count of 10.
▪️Kegel exercises may take as long as a few months to have an effect on urinary incontinence.
