Ms Amna Khan is a Consultant Psychologist dedicated to advancing mental health through evidence-based, ethical, and compassionate psychological practice. She is a Lifetime Member of the Pakistan Psychological Association (PPA), an APA Member, and a member of the International Society of Substance Use Professionals (ISSUP), the Australian & New Zealand Mental Health Association (AZMHA), and the World Federation Against Drugs (WFAD). She is also a registered member of Happy Life Psychological Services (HLPS), Islamabad, and RPC Multan. With more than four years of professional experience, she has worked extensively with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress-related disorders, addiction-related concerns, and other psychological challenges. Her therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Clinical Hypnotherapy, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) within a client-centered and ethical framework. Alongside her psychology practice, she holds a CPD UK Certified Diploma in Mental Health and professional certifications in Homeopathy, Dermatology, Gynaecology, Materia Medica, and Clinical Laboratory Report (SCC Certified, Karachi), reflecting her commitment to continuous learning and multidisciplinary healthcare.
