Marriage and having a baby are apparently the ultimate solutions to every problem in our society 🙉

Tbh, I love the drama, dialogues, acting and chemistry and it isn’t any single drama that is the problem. It’s the repetition of the same theme that makes it engrave itself in our minds that finding a man or getting married can fix our broken souls or hearts.

Even Disney has evolved over time and introduced fearless, independent characters like Moana. We gotta teach the younger generation to heal on their own, to not depend on anyone else for their happiness and especially not to get into a relationship just to avoid the whole “4 log kya kahenge” mentality 💌

Sometimes we keep raising the bar so high that we forget to pause and appreciate what we’ve accomplished and how far we have come. I have been a doctor for 9 years and honestly, it still makes me blush whenever I see myself in scrubs. I hope and pray this spark in me never dies, because man… what a privilege to be among the 0.2 percent population who get to call themselves doctors 🥹❤️‍🩹✨🩺
