Constant food catching between your teeth isn’t just an annoyance,it’s a warning sign. When a cavity develops on the distal surface (the back wall) of the upper molar, it’s one of the hardest areas to detect and treat. Most people have no idea it’s even there until the tooth suddenly starts throbbing. In this case, a deep interproximal cavity was detected on the distal wall of the upper left molar. Leaving this hidden decay untreated could have easily led to a painful root canal. The decay was carefully removed, the natural tooth structure was conserved, and the anatomy was replicated. This is a part 2 of the previously Uploaded Reel. A lot of People misunderstood that the previous reel was Completed Treatment. I would like to answer few Questions first:
1-The Contacts were left open because we were going to place a bridge afterwards.
2-No,the Hypo did not go running in Patient’s Throat since in the video Irrigation was Done with Normal Saline. Irrigation with Hypo was done Under Controlled Environment.
3- Rubber dam is definitely a Gold Standard but With our Environmental Limits we did Our Best(Pre-endo Build up to block saliva) and Cotton rolls during obturation and making sure nothing went inside the canals.
This is a classic case of wrong dental treatment done by an unqualified quack. Just to save a few bucks, people end up risking their entire oral health.
