Herniated Disc L3/L4

Herniated discs are one of the most common problems that affects the spine, and when diagnosed it causes fear for patients and uncertainty for health professionals who do not seek up-to-date information on the subject.
To put the parts at ease it is important to know that herniated disc has benign evolution and 90% of cases will be controlled with conservative treatment (including physiotherapy) without the need for a surgical procedure.
