Feelings are like visitors. They come, they stay for a while, and they pass.

The problem starts when we either try to lock them out or force them to stay.

Instead, notice what you’re feeling, name it, and give it space without reacting to it immediately.
You don’t have to act on every emotion, and you don’t have to push it away either.

Let it come.
Let it pass.
Stay grounded while it does.
