وارن کي شيمپو ھفتي ۾ ڪيترا دفعا ڪرڻ گهرجن؟
روزانو؟ هفتي ۾ 2–3 دفعا

حقيقت: هر ڪنهن لاءِ شيمپو ڪرڻ جو هڪ ئي اصول ناهي!
توهان جي Scalp مٿي جي چمڙي جي حالت طئي ڪري ٿي ته توهان کي ڪيترا ڀيرا شيمپو ڪرڻ گهرجي—سوشل ميڊيا نه!

🫧 ڪيترا ڀيرا وار کي شيمپو ڪرڻ گهرجن؟
🔹 تيل واري Scalp: روزانو يا هر 1–2 ڏينهن بعد شيمپو ڪرڻ مناسب ٿي سگهي ٿو.
🔹نارمل Normal Scalp: هفتي ۾ تقريباً 2–3 ڀيرا
🔹 سڪل، گهنگريل وار: گهٽ وقفي سان شيمپو ڪرڻ بهتر ٿي سگهي ٿو، ڇاڪاڻ⁠تہ گهڻو شيمپو خشڪي وڌائي سگهي ٿو.
🔹جم ورزش يا گهڻو پسينو: وڌيڪ بار وار ڌوئڻ جي ضرورت ٿي سگهي ٿي.
🔹خشڪي Dandruff مناسب Medicated Shampoo باقاعدگي سان استعمال ڪرڻ ضروري ٿي سگهي ٿو.
