*Activities Report – CEO DHA Layyah*

*1. Meeting with SH & NS*
🔸A meeting was held with SH & NS to review ongoing field activities and strengthen health profiling coverage through Community Health Inspectors (CHIs).
🔸The discussion focused on improving data quality, increasing community outreach, and ensuring timely reporting of health indicators.
🔸Necessary directions were issued to further enhance the performance of CHIs in the field.
*2. Meeting with Doctors & Paramedical Staff – Clinic on Wheels*
📌A detailed briefing session was conducted with doctors and paramedical staff of the Clinic on Wheels regarding their duties and responsibilities during Muharram-ul-Haram.
📌Emphasis was placed on ensuring uninterrupted healthcare services, emergency response readiness, and effective deployment at designated locations during the religious gatherings.
*3. Visit to DHQ Hospital Layyah*
_On the direction of Honorable Madam Nadia Saquib, Secretary Health & Population Department Punjab, and Worthy Asif Ali Dogar, Deputy Commissioner Layyah, a visit was conducted to DHQ Hospital Layyah to assess preparedness for Muharram-ul-Haram._
🔹During the visit, the arrangements related to emergency services, staffing, availability of medicines, and overall hospital readiness were reviewed. The hospital administration briefed regarding operational plans and contingency measures. The preparedness level was assessed to ensure provision of efficient healthcare services during Muharram-ul-Haram gatherings.
*Directions issued to MS DHQ Hospital:*
📍Ensure 24/7 emergency coverage with adequate medical and paramedical staff during Muharram-ul-Haram.
📍Maintain sufficient stock of essential medicines, emergency drugs, IV fluids, and consumables.
📍Establish fully functional triage system in the Emergency Department for quick patient handling.
📍Keep ambulances available and fully equipped for emergency referrals and transport.
