Case of severe mandibular prognathism and maxillary deficiency. The discrepancy of 13 mm was corrected.
Maxilla was advanced by 4 mm and impacted 2 mm Mandibular set back of 7 mm done with rotation to left to correct midline.

Arthrocentesis done with auriculo temporal nerve block and joint lavage with ringer.

Incisional biopsy taken and diagnosed as Giant Cell Granuloma.
Total excision of the tumor done under GA. Swelling in the oral cavity shall not be taken lightly. Treatment in time reduces the morbidity.

• Zygomatic Bone Fracture
• Maxillary Bone Fracture
• Mandibular Condylar Fracture

Treatment:
Open Reduction and Internal Fixation (ORIF) of the zygomatic and maxillary bones was successfully performed, along with closed reduction of the condylar fracture.

A complex facial trauma case managed effectively, restoring both function and facial aesthetics.
