Meet Dr-Umair Rauf – A passionate Physiotherapist, Educator, and Healthcare Leader whose journey reflects dedication, clinical excellence, and leadership.

Dr. Umair Rauf started his career with a Clinical Internship at Aga Khan Hospital, Karachi, building a strong foundation in patient care. He then worked as a Clinical Therapist and Demonstrator at Frontier Institute of Medical Sciences (FIMS), Abbottabad, developing both his clinical and academic skills. His love for teaching and hands-on therapy led him to NCS University System, Swabi, as a Lecturer and Clinical Physiotherapist.

Owing to his leadership and expertise, he was promoted to Assistant Professor, Head of Department, and In-charge of the Rehabilitation Center at NCS Institute of Sciences, Capital Campus, Islamabad. He further contributed to academic excellence as Dean at West View Medical Complex, Islamabad, and later as Assistant Professor & Head of the Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC) at NCS University System, Peshawar.

Today, Dr. Umair Rauf is the CEO of the Physical Therapy and Sports Injury Clinic in Mardan, specializing in physical therapy and sports rehabilitation, making a meaningful impact on community health. His journey shows how ethics, service, and professional leadership can shape a successful career.
