Visited team # 01 - Fix site RHC Bhitshah Mr. Aneesa Ahmed. Area Incharge At the time of visit In all 159 children covered out of which 155 were given polio booster.

The worthy DHO sb visited the team the outreach site established at MMP at sono samoon taluka Saeedabad along with the DHMT team.
Team performing well as per the target, the worthy DHO sb appreciated the effects of team and directed to cover all the eligible children also reach out to all NA children to ensure vaccination.

The worthy DHO sb visited the team the outreach site established at primary school of village Bago rind taluka Saeedabad along with the DHMT team.
At the time of visit 23 children were already vaccinated, and on job coaching done to team on the identified observations.

The worthy DHO sb visited the team the fix site established at BHU Panjmoro taluka Saeedabad along with the DHMT team.
At the time of visit 37 children were already vaccinated, team was appreciated by DHO sb and on job coaching done on the identified observations.
The worthy DHO sb also visited the EPI facility to ensure that all the eligible children are getting their routine immunization doses, and reiterated the importance of routine immunization for the prevention of VPDs
