Mere bachche ko flu na ho… main kya kar sakta hoon?” 🤧👶

Parents, flu se bachav sirf vaccine tak limited nahi hai. Prevention ek combination hai — hygiene, healthy habits, avoiding exposure and vaccination.

👐 Hands regularly wash karwayein — especially school se aane ke baad, meals se pehle aur washroom ke baad.

🤧 Cough/sneeze etiquette sikhayein — tissue ya elbow mein cough/sneeze karein.

👀 Eyes, nose aur mouth ko baar-baar touch karne se bachayein.

🏫 Agar bachche ko fever ya flu-like symptoms hain, toh school/daycare bhejne ke bajaye rest karwayein aur close contact minimize karein.

🌬️ Crowded, poorly ventilated spaces mein exposure kam rakhein aur ventilation maintain karein.

💉 Aur importantly, annual influenza vaccination ke baare mein apne pediatrician se poochhein. Flu vaccine influenza aur uski complications ke risk ko reduce karne mein help karti hai.

Aur ek common myth:

“Flu vaccine lagwane se flu ho jayega.”

❌ No. Flu vaccine influenza cause nahi karti.

Remember:

Hand hygiene + cough etiquette + ventilation + sick hone par ghar par rehna + vaccination = better flu prevention.

Flu ko prevent karna sirf ek injection ka kaam nahi… poori family ka effort hai.

Have you ever thought about this?
In 100 years like in 2123 we will all be buried with our relatives and friends.
Strangers will live in our homes we fought so hard to build, and they will own everything we have today. All our possessions will be unknown and unborn, including the car we spent a fortune on, and will probably be scrap, preferably in the hands of an unknown collector.
Our descendants will hardly or hardly know who we were, nor will they remember us. How many of us know our grandfather's father?
After we die, we will be remembered for a few more years, then we are just a portrait on someone's bookshelf, and a few years later our history, photos, and deeds disappear in history's oblivion. We won't even be memories.
If we paused one day to analyze these questions, perhaps we would understand how ignorant and weak the dream to achieve it all was.
If we could only think about this, surely our approaches, our thoughts would change, we would be different people.
Always having more, no time for what's really valuable in this life. I'd change all this to live and enjoy the walks I've never taken, these hugs I didn't give, these kisses for our children and our loved ones, these jokes we didn't have time for. Those would certainly be the most beautiful moments to remember, after all they would fill our lives with joy.
And we waste it day after day with greed, greed, and intolerance.

تمام والدین کے لیے اہم پیغام!! براہ کرم اپنے روتے ہوئے ایک سال سے کم عمر بچے کو چپ کرانے کی کوشش کرتے ہوتے بچے کے سر کو ہلانے سے گریز کریں۔
بچوں میں اور خاص طور پر تین ماہ سے کم عمر کے بچوں میں رونا بہت عام ہے کیونکہ کولک یا پیٹ کا درد ہفتے میں تین دن تک اور دن میں تین گھنٹے تک مسلسل رہ سکتا ہے جس میں بچہ روتا ہے اور بمشکل ہی چپ کرتا ہے۔
روتے ہوئے بچے کو چپ کرانے کی کوشش کرتے ہوئے والدین خود بھی بہت بے چین ہو جاتے ہیں۔ زیادہ تر بچوں کو چپ کروانے کے لیے ماٸیں اٹھا کر جھلاتی ہیں .بچے کے مسلسل رونے کی وجہ سے کچھ بے چین والدین بچے کوچپ کرواتے ہوۓ زور سے ہلا سکتے ہیں جس سے بچوں کے دماغ کو نقصان پہنچ سکتا ہے .
بچے تین ماہ کی عمر میں گردن سنبھالنا شروع کرتے ہیں اور ان کے سر کا سائز جسم کے سائز کے مقابلے میں بڑا ہوتا ہے۔ لہذا بچے کا بھاری سر اور گرن نہ سنبھالنا دماغ کے متاثر ہونے کا سبب بنتا ہے ۔
سر کو زور سے ہلانے سے دماغ اور دماغ کے اندر خون کی شریانیں پھٹ سکتی ہیں۔ اس سے ہونے والے مثاٸل مستقل ہوتے ہیں جو زندگی بھر کے لیے بچے کی معزوری کا باعث بن سکتے ہیں۔
بچوں کی مساٸل سے متعلق رہنماٸ کے لیے روزانہ کی بنیاد پر ھمارے معلوماتی پیغام پڑھتے رہیں
