� کیا آپ کے کندھے کا درد اصل میں گردن سے تو نہیں؟

ہر کندھے کا درد صرف کندھے کی بیماری کی وجہ سے نہیں ہوتا۔ بعض اوقات گردن کے اعصاب پر دباؤ یا جلن درد کو گردن سے کندھے اور بازو تک پہنچا سکتی ہے۔

اس کی عام وجوہات میں Cervical Disc Prolapse، Cervical Spondylosis اور Foraminal Stenosis شامل ہیں۔

🦴 SCIATICA — Don’t Ignore the Pain!

Pain starting from the lower back and shooting down the buttock and leg may be sciatica—often caused by irritation or compression of a spinal nerve.

⚠️ Common symptoms:
• Shooting/burning leg pain
• Numbness or tingling
• Weakness in the leg or foot
• Pain worsened by coughing, sneezing or sitting
