الحمدللہ — ایک زبردست تبدیلی 🤍

11 مہینے پہلے ایک 37 سالہ مریض میرے پاس آیا جس کا وزن 142 کلوگرام تھا۔ اسے ابھی ابھی ٹائپ 2 ذیابیطس کی تشخیص ہوئی تھی، ساتھ ہی گردوں میں ابتدائی خرابی بھی شروع ہو چکی تھی۔ اس کا HbA1c (شوگر کا تین ماہی اوسط) 10.7% تھا اور پیشاب میں پروٹین کا اخراج (ACR) 292 تھا — یہ دونوں چیزیں بتا رہی تھیں کہ نقصان تیزی سے بڑھ رہا ہے۔ وہ ڈپریشن، جوڑوں کے درد اور روزمرہ کے کاموں میں دشواری کا شکار تھا۔

آج، 11 مہینے بعد:
⚖️ وزن: 89 کلوگرام ➝ 142 کلوگرام
🩸 شوگر (HbA1c): 10.7% ➝ 4.3%
🫘 گردوں سے پروٹین کا اخراج: 23 ➝ 292
💪 چلنا پھرنا، موڈ اور توانائی: بالکل بدل چکے
کوئی شارٹ کٹ نہیں۔ صرف مسلسل اور صحیح علاج، صحیح خوراک اور طرزِ زندگی میں تبدیلی، اور باقاعدہ فالو اپ۔
یہی وجہ ہے کہ میں یہ کام کرتا ہوں۔ کسی مریض کو دوبارہ صحت مند اور خوشحال زندگی کی طرف لوٹتے دیکھنا سب سے بڑی خوشی ہے۔
