The Perfect Man?
takes the position that the wise man, the good man, the philosopher is a man who lives in accordance with nature. He fears only abdicating his moral responsibility. He is not afraid of pain. He is not afraid of death. He is not afraid of poverty. He is not afraid of any of the vicissitudes of the human condition.

He fears only that he should let himself down and that he should be less than a complete human being

If you lack self-discipline read this:
Fix your schedule: sleep at 9:00 PM so you can wake up at 4:00 AM
Quit your excuses: Spare 30 minutes to workout daily.
Include fresh fruits in your daily diet to optimise your health.
Prioritise taking a cold shower every day. I promise, it will boost your self-discipline.
Listen more than you talk and be teachable.
Learn to say “No” unapologetically and get busy minding your own business.
Make an attempt to read at least two pages a day to sharpen your mind.
Learn a new skill every 3 months and spend another 90 days developing it.
Be slow to react: learn to create a space between feeling an impulse and acting on it.
You'll inevitably slip up no matter how discipline you become. Don't dwell on it. Get up, dust yourself off, and get going again.

What are some green flags about someone/
The concept of “green flags” is a relatively new one, coined to describe positive traits or behaviors that signal a potentially healthy and rewarding relationship. In contrast to red flags - which warn of danger or toxicity - green flags suggest compatibility, respect, and trust.

It’s important to note that green flags are subjective and vary from person to person. What one individual might find attractive in a partner could be unimportant to another. However, some broad green flags are worth considering if you’re looking for a new relationship or evaluating an existing one.

One green flag is good communication. This means not only that your partner is a good listener and expresses themselves clearly, but also that you feel comfortable opening up and discussing difficult topics. Communication is the foundation of a healthy and fulfilling relationship and fosters mutual understanding and empathy.

Another green flag is emotional intelligence. This means being aware of and able to regulate your own emotions, as well as being attuned to others’ feelings. Someone who displays emotional intelligence is likely to be sensitive, empathetic, and able to navigate conflicts in a constructive way.

A willingness to compromise is another green flag. A healthy relationship requires give and take and a respect for each other’s boundaries. Partners who are flexible and willing to find common ground are more likely to resolve conflicts and build a strong foundation.

Finally, a sense of humor is a green flag. Laughing together can help build intimacy and reduce stress. A partner who knows how to make you laugh and can find the absurd in even difficult situations is someone worth keeping around.

In the end, green flags are all about feeling comfortable, respected, and valued in a relationship. These behaviors and traits are just a few of the many ways that someone might demonstrate that they are worth investing in.
