🚨 "کیا حمل کے بعد چہرے پر آنے والی چھائیاں ہمیشہ کے لیے رہ جاتی ہیں؟"

اگر آپ کے چہرے پر حمل کے دوران یا بچے کی پیدائش کے بعد بھورے دھبے (چھائیاں) نمودار ہوئے ہیں، تو آپ اکیلی نہیں ہیں۔ یہ مسئلہ ہزاروں خواتین کو متاثر کرتا ہے، لیکن خوش آئند بات یہ ہے کہ زیادہ تر کیسز میں اس کا مؤثر علاج ممکن ہے۔

🌸 حمل میں چھائیاں کیوں بڑھ جاتی ہیں؟

کم دوائیاں، مگر درست دوائیاں — یہی بہترین علاج ہے۔

اکثر مریض یہ سمجھتے ہیں کہ جتنی زیادہ دوائیاں لکھی جائیں گی، اتنا ہی بہتر علاج ہوگا۔ حقیقت اس کے برعکس ہے۔

ایک اچھا ڈاکٹر وہ نہیں جو لمبی فہرست لکھ دے، بلکہ وہ ہے جو بیماری کی صحیح تشخیص کرے اور صرف وہی دوائیاں تجویز کرے جن کی واقعی ضرورت ہو۔

چند دن پہلے میرے پاس ایک مریضہ فنگل انفیکشن (داد/فنگس) کے علاج کے لیے آئیں۔ وہ پہلے مختلف جگہوں سے علاج کروا چکی تھیں۔ ان کے پاس دوائیوں کا ایک لمبا نسخہ تھا، جس میں متعدد اینٹی الرجی گولیاں، اسٹیرائیڈز، انجیکشنز، ملٹی وٹامنز اور کئی غیر ضروری ادویات شامل تھیں، لیکن افسوس کی بات یہ تھی کہ فنگس کے مؤثر علاج کے لیے مناسب دوا موجود ہی نہیں تھی۔

میں نے ان کا معائنہ کیا اور صرف بیماری کے مطابق ایک اینٹی فنگل گولی، ایک اینٹی فنگل کریم اور خارش کے لیے ایک دوا تجویز کی۔

مریضہ نے حیران ہو کر پوچھا:
"ڈاکٹر صاحب! صرف تین دوائیوں سے میرا علاج کیسے ہوگا؟ میں تو پہلے اتنی ساری دوائیاں کھا چکی ہوں۔"

میرا جواب بہت سادہ تھا:

"علاج دوائیوں کی تعداد سے نہیں، بلکہ صحیح تشخیص اور درست دوا سے ہوتا ہے۔"

یہ پیغام صرف مریضوں کے لیے ہی نہیں بلکہ ہم تمام معالجین کے لیے بھی اہم ہے کہ مریض کو یہ اعتماد دیا جائے کہ اگر دوا کم لکھی گئی ہے تو اس کا مطلب یہ نہیں کہ علاج کمزور ہے، بلکہ اس کا مطلب یہ ہے کہ صرف ضروری اور مؤثر علاج تجویز کیا گیا ہے۔

✔️ بیماری کے مطابق درست دوا
✔️ غیر ضروری ادویات سے پرہیز
