میں نجی میڈیکل کالجز اور ہسپتالوں میں ہاؤس آفیسرز اور میڈیکل آفیسرز کو دی جانے والی انتہائی کم تنخواہوں اور غیر منصفانہ ملازمتی شرائط کی شدید مذمت کرتا ہوں تبھی آج ہی یہ لیٹر ان لوگوں کو TCS کیا جائے گا۔

یہ انتہائی افسوسناک امر ہے کہ ایک طرف نوجوان ڈاکٹر برسوں کی محنت، قربانیوں اور مہنگی طبی تعلیم کے بعد عملی میدان میں قدم رکھتے ہیں، جبکہ دوسری جانب بعض نجی ادارے انہیں صرف 40 سے 45 ہزار روپے ماہانہ پر کام کرنے پر مجبور کر رہے ہیں۔ موجودہ مہنگائی کے دور میں یہ تنخواہ ایک ڈاکٹر کی بنیادی ضروریات پوری کرنے کے لیے بھی ناکافی ہے۔
میرا مؤقف ہے کہ ڈاکٹروں کے ساتھ یہ طرزِ عمل نہ صرف ان کی پیشہ ورانہ عزتِ نفس کے خلاف ہے بلکہ صحت کے نظام کے مستقبل کے لیے بھی نقصان دہ ہے۔ ایسے حالات میں نوجوان ڈاکٹروں کا ذہنی دباؤ، پیشہ ورانہ مایوسی اور بیرونِ ملک ہجرت کا رجحان مزید بڑھتا ہے۔
میں PMDC، CPSP ,محکمہ صحت خیبر پختونخواہ اور متعلقہ ریگولیٹری اداروں سے مطالبہ کرتا ہوں کہ نجی میڈیکل کالجز اور ہسپتالوں میں تنخواہوں اور ملازمتی حالات کا فوری جائزہ لیا جائے اور ہاؤس آفیسرز و میڈیکل آفیسرز کے لیے کم از کم تنخواہ کا واضح اور قابلِ عمل معیار مقرر کیا جائے۔
میں نوجوان ڈاکٹروں کے حقوق کے تحفظ اور ان کے استحصال کے خاتمے کے لیے ہر قانونی اور آئینی فورم پر آواز بلند کرتا رہوں گا اور اس مسئلے کو متعلقہ اداروں اور عوام کے سامنے اٹھاتا رہوں گا۔
