⚠️ Immediately visit hospital if:

Labour Kya Hai?

Labour wo natural process hai jisme uterus (bachadani) regular contractions karta hai aur baby delivery hota hai. Normally 37–42 weeks ke darmiyan labour start hota hai...

Stages of Labour
1️⃣ First Stage (Cervical Dilatation Stage)
Is stage me cervix 0 se 10 cm tak open hota hai.
🔹 Latent Phase: halki contractions, cervix 3–4 cm tak open
🔹 Active Phase: strong contractions, cervix 4–10 cm tak open
📌 Ye stage sab se lambi hoti hai.
2️⃣ Second Stage (Expulsion of Baby)
Cervix 10 cm open hone ke baad baby deliver hota hai.
Mother ko push karne ka kaha jata hai.
📌 Is stage me proper guidance aur support bohat zaroori hota hai.
3️⃣ Third Stage (Placental Stage)
Baby ke baad placenta (phool) deliver hota hai.
Ye stage usually 5–30 minutes me complete ho jati hai.
Mechanism of Labour (Normal Vertex Presentation)
Baby ka head pelvis se nikalne ke liye kuch natural movements karta hai:
1️⃣ Engagement
2️⃣ Descent
3️⃣ Flexion
4️⃣ Internal Rotation
5️⃣ Extension
6️⃣ External Rotation
7️⃣ Expulsion
Ye sab steps mil kar normal delivery complete karte hain.
