TEACHING WITH IMPACT | Faculty Professional Development Seminar
Seena Institute of Medical Sciences (SIMS), Swabi successfully conducted an engaging Faculty Professional Development Seminar on “Teaching with Impact,” facilitated by Mr. Aftab Hussain, PhD Scholar in English, M.Ed., Teacher Trainer & Teacher Educator.
The session focused on the art of effective teaching and the essential 21st-century skills for teachers, particularly Human Skills, Communication Skills, Technical Skills, and Conceptual Skills. The seminar highlighted that impactful teaching extends beyond subject knowledge—it requires the ability to connect, communicate, inspire, adapt, and create meaningful learning experiences.
The session was highly interactive and enriched by the active participation of the Managing Director, Principal, and faculty members from all branches, who shared their experiences, perspectives, and valuable input.
