ذہنی صحت بھی اتنی ہی ضروری ہے جتنی کہ جسمانی صحت ۔مگر ہم ذہنی صحت پر توجہ ہی نہیں دیتے ذہنی صحت کے لیے ذہنی سکون کا ہونا بہت ضروری ہے ۔ذہنی سکون کا مطلب ہے موجودہ لمحے میں جینا۔،نا ماضی کے پچھتاوے ،نا مستقبل کا خوف ،موجودہ لمحوں کو قبول کرنا یہی ذہنی سکون کی جڑ ہے

The Government Degree College for Women in Toba Tek Singh organized a seminar on "The Societal Harm Caused by Beggary."
The Guest Speaker, Javed Iqbal Chattha Consultant Clinical Psychologist DHQ Hospital Toba Tek Singh, shared his valuable insights.
The seminar was well-organized by The Principal of Govt Degree college Toba Tek Singh Mam Nighat Parveen and The Head of the Psychology Department, Mam Kiran.
They worked hard to make the seminar a success.The main focus of the seminar was to highlight the societal harm caused by beggary and discuss potential solutions. Javed Iqbal Chattha shared his expertise on the psychological causes, effects, and prevention strategies of beggary with the participants.
