¿Como añadir RAHC a tus favoritos en la aplicación Q-Anywhere?

Para poder ver la opción de Rodiguez Army Health Clinic, es importante que agregue a sus favoritos la opción de Fort Gordon

Como someter una recarga (refill) de su receta
Para esto va a necesitar tener a la mano la siguiente información
1. DoD # del paciente
2. Numero de teléfono para ser contactado a través de mensaje de texto.
3. Nombre o numero de la receta por la cual está solicitando la recarga (refill)

Una vez completado el proceso de someter la recarga de su receta, el sistema le asignara un número que comenzara con la letra Q # # #. ese será su ticket.

Nuan vez usted llegue a la sala de espera de la clínica NO tiene que sacar un ticket del quiosco, usted simplemente va a enviar el siguiente mensaje a través de la aplicación "I AM HERE". De esa forma el sistema lo pone en turno automáticamente.
Usted deberá estar pendiente a la pantalla al ser llamado por su número.

How do you add RAHC to your favorites in the Q-Anywhere app?

To view the option for the Rodriguez Army Health Clinic, it is important that you add "Fort Gordon" to your favorites.

How to submit a prescription refill request:
To do this, you will need to have the following information on hand:
1. The patient's DoD ID number.
2. A phone number where you can be contacted via text message.
3. The name or prescription number for the medication you are requesting to refill.

Once you have completed the process of submitting your refill request, the system will assign you a number beginning with the letter Q (e.g., Q # # #). This will serve as your ticket number.

Once you arrive at the clinic's waiting room, you do NOT need to pull a ticket from the kiosk; simply send the following message through the app: "I AM HERE." This action automatically places you in the queue.
Please keep an eye on the display screen so you can see when your number is called.

There is a new virtual physical therapy program called Sword Thrive, and Rodriguez Army Health Clinic will be part of this program.
The initiative of this pilot program is from Defense Health Agency (DHA), to addresses common barriers to care. The Sword Thrive program utilizes a combination of motion-tracking technology, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and clinical oversight to deliver effective physical therapy care outside of the traditional clinic setting. If you are an Active Duty in orders of 180 days or more, you might qualify for this program. Ask your PCM about Sword Thrive!
