4/27/2022 My then long distance boyfriend wanted to see me in the middle of the week because he missed me and he said he would bring the bikes down so we could go for a ride on the beach. I thought “that is so sweet!”
When we arrived that morning at the beach, there was a photographer and a few other people taking photos which is normal for that spot. It’s a great sunrise spot in Pompano Beach, Florida. As usual, we would see the sunrise first and then go for the bike ride. (No suspicion at all)
The photographer asked if we could help her with lighting. I didn’t think nothing of it. I told him to move to the right so that they can continue to take more photos, at that moment he dropped to the floor and started messing around with his sock, I was just looking down at him when all of a sudden I see flashes around me. I looked up and the photographers were taking our photos when I looked back at him, he had the ring in his hand and that’s when I realized what was going on.
He had planned everything. Nothing fancy just US TWO in our favorite spot doing what we love to do. We had workout clothes on, I just had sunscreen on my face and a ponytail.
It could have not been more perfect. 💍💕🥹
