Risen Phoenix A community for men and women on the path to healing from narcissistic abuse. Together, we rise! My passion for mentoring stems from a deeply personal journey.

We offer support, resources, and a safe space to share your experiences, learn from others, and reclaim your life. As a certified teacher educator and a graduate in Computer Science and Information Security, I've spent nearly two decades guiding and developing individuals, particularly in leadership roles. For almost twenty years, I navigated a challenging marriage marked by narcissistic abuse. This experience, while incredibly painful and isolating, provided invaluable insights into human behaviour and the devastating impact of such trauma. I mistakenly attributed his behaviour to his military background, clinging to the belief that I could help him change. This journey of self-discovery, though painful, ultimately empowered me. I emerged stronger, determined to help others break free from the cycle of narcissistic abuse. I am dedicated to empowering survivors like you to reclaim their strength, rebuild their self-esteem, and rediscover their joy.
