They’d never done anything like it before — and they showed up anyway. 🌙

This past weekend I offered a new moon ceremony at Nourish Whistler Wellness Series . Every single woman there had never worked with astrology in a ritual or ceremony before. They were just open to trying something new.

Some of you know me for astrology. Some for trauma-informed practice. Some for well-being. It might look like a lot of different things — but to me it’s always been one thing: helping you find your spark, grow into your potential, and feel truly seen.

I started working with the moon in 2020 right in the middle of burnout. I didn’t know what needed to change. I just knew something did.

The moon gave me a container — to set intentions, to release what wasn’t serving me. I trusted the process even when the messages were loud. 🌕 It changed everything.

As we head into summer, I want to ask you: is there something you’ve been curious about trying in support of your well-being?

This sentence has lived in my brain for three years.

Out of everything I’ve read in years, nothing has stayed with me like this.

Here’s what I keep coming back to:

➡️ What if we actually took this seriously — in everything?
How you greet someone when they walk in the door. The plants on your windowsill. The tone of an email. The way you’ve set up your physical space. Whether there’s water available, natural light, a piece of art that says you belong here.

Even the way you talk to yourself in the morning.

When we acknowledge that everything we do has the potential to heal — how would we show up differently? Maybe just with a little more intention. Maybe with more satisfaction in the work itself.

This is the philosophy behind everything I do — and it’s the thread running through two offerings I have coming up:

I am inviting you to trust me. You might not see mindfulness as something that can be absolutely transformational in your life. But I do.

One of my clients who attended a mindfulness workshop with me 2 years ago, messaged me last week to say she still thinks daily about the mindfulness practices we talked about in that workshop. Those practices helped her move the dial on reducing feelings of anxiety, panic and stress in her day.

I have also lived the impact. I went from living in my mind - going from “you’re supposed to be able to identify where you feel something in your body?” to “I tapped into a sensation in my shoulder and it identified itself as the part of me who is scared for the future.” We are not going to cover that whole trajectory in The Lifesaver Series.

What we are going to do is create a solid foundation for where you can start understanding how to weave mindfulness in your every day, start to understand how it can transform you to feel more peace, joy and ease in your daily life, and the power it holds for you to unlock a deeper relationship with yourself - think access the wisdom of your body, reprogram neural pathways to attract your desires, etc.
