Not every battle is visible.
Many neurodivergent people live every day carrying struggles the world can’t see — sensory overload, masking, burnout, anxiety, emotional exhaustion, difficulty focusing, feeling misunderstood, and constantly trying to fit into spaces not made for them. Autism and ADHD aren’t always visible, but the challenges are real, valid, and exhausting. A little patience, understanding, and kindness can mean more than you think. 🧩🫶✨
