Hello dear,
I’d love to invite you to my YOGA group classes (In ENG or RU) in a cozy studio or in park — a space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with your body.

My classes are suitable for all levels, with variations and attention to alignment, breath, and your body feeling — so the practice is safe, supportive, and personal. No need to be flexible. For beginners, yoga lovers & mommies to be.

I’m Daria, a Hatha Vinyasa & Prenatal yoga teacher. My focus is on conscious breathing, functional movement, and helping you rebuild a better connection with your body.

If you feel like your body could use less tension and more balance, I’d be happy to see you on the mat 🤍

A few things I'm taking home with me:

💚 Vinyasa flow with brought me back to something I'd almost forgotten — that feeling of pure flow. The way breath and movement sync, and you always leave the mat better than you arrived. Thank you for reminding me why I fell in love with yoga in the first place. And why I chose to teach it.

🤸🏻‍♀️The masterclass with — unusual, all about working with the body through movement. Simple but incredibly powerful techniques that work on both a physical and psychological level — helping release internal blocks, build self-trust, and let go of control where it no longer serves you. Absolutely taking this into our future retreat.

🤰I didn't notice any other pregnant women around — but I felt completely seen and cared for. Every time a speaker offered pregnancy modifications into the mic, I felt that kind of genuine care and attention.

🙏At one of the speaking workshops, we talked about morning routines, personal discipline, the rituals that keep us grounded and motivated. And somewhere in that conversation, conscious parenting came up — speakers shared personal stories, real ones. The idea that stuck with me most: be a role model for your kids & give yourself permission to be imperfect at the same time.

▶️And last — this festival is not just for yoga teachers or fitness professionals. My friend came with me, she practices for herself — and she loved every second. This was my first festival like this. Definitely not my last.

If we were aware of one thing more often

Every action is a choice.

To move forward or stay where you are. To speak or stay silent. To react automatically or respond with awareness.

And it’s not only about actions. We can choose our words, our thoughts, and the state of mind we want to cultivate throughout the day.

For me, yoga is a space to practice this skill. First on the mat, and then gradually bring it into everyday life.

When a desire is stronger than the weather...

Today's yoga in the park happened despite the weather forecast

Between the rain showers, we found the perfect moment to ground ourselves, breathe, move, and recharge — for ourselves and for the world around us.

I believe yoga teaches us not only physical flexibility but also the ability to adapt to life's changing circumstances. The weather changes, plans change, but our inner state depends on how well we stay connected to ourselves.

And once again, I was reminded that when an intention is genuine, when a desire truly comes from the heart, circumstances often align in the most beautiful and unexpected ways.

So if there is something you truly want right now, don't give up on it because of doubts or external conditions. Maybe your desire simply needs a little more trust. ✨

The greatest luxury in life is not success or achievements.
Lately, I’ve been thinking more and more about how quickly time passes.

And with time, one thing becomes clear: the greatest luxury in life is not success or achievements, but the ability to LISTENTOYOURSELF.

To understand what truly matters to YOU. To notice when you are living according to your own values, and when you are simply following other people’s expectations.

We can spend years chasing goals that don’t actually make us happier. We can keep postponing self-care for later. Yet our daily well-being is built on simple things: a healthy body, a healthy mind, and people around whom we can TRULY BE YOURSELVES.

And only time reminds us how precious each day really is.
For me, yoga has long become much more than a physical practice. It has become a way to return to my foundations and choose myself again and again.

А способность слышать себя.

Понимать, что для тебя действительно важно. Замечать, когда ты живёшь своими ценностями, а когда просто следуешь чужим ожиданиям.

Мы можем годами гнаться за целями, которые на самом деле не делают нас счастливее. Можем откладывать заботу о себе на потом. А ведь наше ежедневное благополучие строится на простых вещах: здоровом теле, устойчивой психике и людях, рядом с которыми можно оставаться собой.
