Many people assume intimacy coaching is mostly about s*x.
It can include s*xuality, but that's only one part of it.
Intimacy coaching helps people build the skills that create healthy, honest, connected relationships.
These skills include:
✨ Communication
• expressing needs and desires clearly
• setting healthy boundaries
• making direct requests
• listening without becoming defensive
• staying present during difficult conversations
✨ Emotional intimacy
• being authentic
• tolerating differences
• staying open without losing yourself
• receiving care and affection
• listening deeply
• expressing appreciation
• repairing after conflict
• remaining emotionally available
✨ Physical intimacy
• exploring desire
• reconnecting after distance or disconnection
• navigating differences in libido
• reducing anxiety around s*x or intimacy
• slowing down and becoming more present
• understanding pleasure in a more embodied, holistic way
• creating a more connected experience of touch and erotic life
✨ Receiving
This is one of the most overlooked intimacy skills of all.
Many people are much more comfortable giving than receiving.
Yet being able to simply receive - love, touch, care, support, pleasure, or even a compliment without feeling tense, guilty, or like you have to earn it or immediately give something back is a skill in itself.
And for many people, it's one of the hardest intimacy skills to learn.
Intimacy isn't just chemistry.
It's also a set of skills.
And most of us were never taught them.
Learning these skills can transform the way you connect with others and with yourself whether in a long-term relationship or single.

It's a warm, welcoming evening designed to help couples reconnect through guided communication, mindful touch, and simple practices you can bring home. No experience is needed, all ages and s*xual orientations are welcome, and all exercises are always optional.
I hope to see you there!
Warmly,
