Ajna Chakra or the third eye! 🧿

The colour is dark blue (sapphire).

The third-eye chakra is associated with higher knowledge, intuition, and what you might think of as your sixth sense.
The third eye helps you perceive a cosmic vision beyond the physical world that your eyes can see. It connects us to our intuition and illuminates everything as it is without the filter of our past, expectations or judgment.

Ajna chakra is also linked to imagination and visualization.

When Ajna is functioning well, we trust our inner wisdom. When it’s blocked, wr feel close-minded.

Chaturanga Dandasana or plank pose!
The best option to increase body strength and to maintain core and biceps. 💪
For the beginners 1 to 3 breath in the pose, advanced yogis may hold 5 to 10 breath in lower plank.

Vishuddha Chakra (Throat point) 🔵
The colour: blue.
The function: governs communication, self-expression, truth, and creativity. A balanced Vishuddha enables clear, authentic expression, while imbalances can cause, or stem from, throat/thyroid issues, shyness, or excessive, dishonest speech, located in the neck/throat region.
Physical organs representing Vishuddha Chakra are throat, thyroid gland, jaw and ears.
Blockage: Shyness, social anxiety, inability to speak one's truth, or physical issues like sore throats and thyroid dysfunction.
Yoga asana practice and pranayamas (breathing techniques) usually help to improve and balance Vishuddha Chakra and any other Chakra.

Anahata Chakra 🟢
Thats the middle point in our body and the middle chakra in our vertical spine line.
The 4th energetic center locating in between our chest and responsible for our mental emotional health.
Almost all our thoughts which contain emotional power and senses are collecting in Anahata (Heart) chakra.
The function: regulating our psychological health and emotional stability.
Creating an inner space for Love and Empathy.💕
Physical appearance:
*in positivity we have a good stable health, our heart works well and we feel free from fears and anxiety, we sleep well, our chest area has no blocks, so we can breath fully and deeply;
*in negativity people have lots of problems with sleeping, breathing, making heart opening movements, usually have some heart issues (heart attack is there), plus people with weak anahata chakra get offended easily, and not able to forgive.✨️
The colour: green.

Manipura Chakra 🟡
Will power is the main word describes the function of Manipura Charka.
The colour is yellow.
People with strong Manipura Chakra usually are leaders, they create business, they collaborate with big corporations, they make big money, they guide others.
Weak manipura show up with unstable financial situation, when money is just like a lottery game: up and down. People with strong Swadhistana but empty Manipura chakras can attract money and wealth but not able to save and keep that money.

Swadhistana Chakra (Sacral) 🟠
Location: few fingers under a navel.
The colour: orange.
Swadhistana chakra is responsible for our wills and desires. Sexual center of humans body.
The main function - to develop person through his desire, motivation point. Women with a strong sexual energy usually get materialistic things easier, money circulates faster, big amounts are flowing in their life, they manifest expensive stuff and get cars, jewelries and even apartments and houses just as a gifts when they use the energy of that Chakra in a right way.
One of the easiest way to increase energy in this Chakra is swimming, practicing dancing, yin yoga, bringing more joys.😉🥰
Also in a negative way this sacral Chakra can play a crucial role.

Muladhara Chakra 🔴
The color - RED
The function - basic needs (survival stage of mindset including: Physical health, breathing, house and food)
People who's root Chakra is full usually have a good health, the have strong bodies. Money on this level do cover the basic needs but not enough for nice and pleasurable things.
People with weak Muladhara Chakra can achieve 50 - 60 years age but still can't get a house, have problems with spine and mostly some health issues.
How to fulfill that Chakra and be able to cover the basic wish such as getting house, and powerful body - is in my upcoming course of Chakras!
