شعار اليوم العالمي للصحة النفسية لهذا العام هو ان تكون الصحة النفسية أولوية في بيئة العمل. العمل ليس مكاناً للإنتاج فحسب، بل يحب ان يكون مكاناً نشعر فيه بالدعم، والتقدير، والانتماء. حان الوقت ان نخلق مساحة للحديث عن الصحة النفسية وتكامل الحياة الاجتماعية والعملية.

اردت أن أشارككم المعنى وراء الشعار لأنه يعكس الهدف الأسمى من كل ما أقوم به. مستوحى من الآية الجميلة من سورة النور: ﴿ ۞ اللَّهُ نُورُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ ۚ مَثَلُ نُورِهِ كَمِشْكَاةٍ فِيهَا مِصْبَاحٌ ۖ الْمِصْبَاحُ فِي زُجَاجَةٍ ۖ الزُّجَاجَةُ كَأَنَّهَا كَوْكَبٌ دُرِّيٌّ يُوقَدُ مِن شَجَرَةٍ مُّبَارَكَةٍ زَيْتُونَةٍ لَّا شَرْقِيَّةٍ وَلَا غَرْبِيَّةٍ يَكَادُ زَيْتُهَا يُضِيءُ وَلَوْ لَمْ تَمْسَسْهُ نَارٌ ۚ نُّورٌ عَلَىٰ نُورٍ ۗ يَهْدِي اللَّهُ لِنُورِهِ مَن يَشَاءُ ۚ وَيَضْرِبُ اللَّهُ الْأَمْثَالَ لِلنَّاسِ ۗ وَاللَّهُ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عَلِيمٌ﴾

I want to welcome you to this space and I would like to share the meaning behind the logo. This is a reflection of a greater purpose. Inspired by the beautiful verse from Surah An-Nur:

"Allah is the Light of the heavens and the earth. His light is like a niche in which there is a lamp..." [24:35]

This verse speaks to the essence of light, guidance, & divine presence. My mission is to reflect the light in everything I do—helping others find clarity, healing, & purpose. Just as a lamp illuminates its surroundings ✨🤍✨
