صغارنا اليوم يكبروا وسط محتوى رقمي سريع ومليان تحفيز وتشتيت. ومع السرعة هاذي، لازمنا نسألوا رواحنا: شنوة يصير كي تولّي كل تجربة تعليمية مبنية باش تشدّ انتباه الطفل أكثر وبسرعة أكبر؟

في "قصّتي" قاعدين نحاولوا نقدّموا طريقة أهدى من خلال قصص ثنائية اللغة عربي-إنجليزي للأطفال بين 5 و7 سنين — طريقة تعطي مساحة للخيال، والتفكير، واكتشاف اللغة براحة وتركيز.

أحيانًا التمهّل موش عائق للتعلّم… بالعكس، هو اللي يخلّي التعلّم الحقيقي يصير.

Have you noticed how fast children’s content has become?

Sometimes I sit and wonder…
when was the last time a child simply listened to a story without rushing to the next thing?

That quiet moment — where imagination slowly builds — is disappearing.

This is why I created Qissati (قصتي).

A space for Arabic and English storytelling that slows things down…
so children can actually feel the story, not just watch it.

Our first story, “Cumo and the Sun (غيمو والشمس)”, is about curiosity, warmth, and discovering the world gently — one moment at a time.

Because children don’t always need more stimulation.
Sometimes they need more space.

Every child deserves stories that feel like breathing space. 🌿

هل لاحظتم كيف أصبح محتوى الأطفال أسرع يومًا بعد يوم… لكنه أقل هدوءًا؟

أتساءل…
متى كانت آخر مرة جلس فيها طفل ليستمع إلى قصة بهدوء، دون أن يطلب ما بعدها مباشرة؟

أصبحت تلك اللحظة الهادئة — حين يبدأ الخيال بالتكوّن ببطء — أصبحت نادرة أكثر من السابق.

لهذا السبب بدأت **قصتي (Qissati)**.

مساحة بسيطة لسرد قصص بالعربية والإنجليزية، بروح أهدأ وبإيقاع أبطأ…
حتى لا يستهلك الطفل القصة فقط، بل يعيشها ويتفاعل معها.

قصتنا الأولى، **"غيمو والشمس"**، تدور حول الفضول، والدفء، واكتشاف العالم بلطف… خطوة خطوة.

لأن الأطفال لا يحتاجون دائماً إلى مزيد من الأنشطة أو التحفيز.
أحيانًا… كل ما يحتاجونه هو مساحة أهدأ.

كل طفل يستحق قصصًا تشبه لحظة تنفّس. 🌿

Can a child’s media experience feel like a peaceful discovery?

As an educator and linguist, I’ve often seen how fast-paced media can overwhelm growing minds. That is why I am launching Qissati, a home for Meaningful, Slow Arabic-English storytelling.

Our debut story, "Cumo ☁️ and the Sun🌞" (غَيْمُو وَ الشَّمْسُ), invites children to slow down and explore language at their own pace.

This is an experience designed for calm, depth, and cultural connection.
