Lately, Iโ€™ve been paying more attention to the areas that show aging first -
the forehead, the corners of the eyes, smile lines, even the neck.
These areas tend to change earlier, not because weโ€™re doing something wrong,
but because the skin there is thinner, moves more often, and loses moisture faster over time.
Aging isnโ€™t something that suddenly appears one morning.
Itโ€™s a gradual process driven by oxidation, dehydration, and reduced collagen production.
Thatโ€™s why harsh or invasive treatments donโ€™t always feel like the right answer for everyone.
Personally, Iโ€™ve come to appreciate simple, non-invasive approaches more.
Consistent care, antioxidant support, and a routine thatโ€™s realistic enough to maintain long term.
Instead of layering multiple products, Iโ€™ve been focusing on fewer steps at night โ€”
using something that absorbs well, feels comfortable on the skin,
and supports the skinโ€™s natural renewal while I sleep.
Over time, the skin can look smoother, more rested, and healthier โ€”
not โ€œfrozenโ€ or unnatural, just well cared for.
Everyoneโ€™s skin is different, of course.
What matters most is choosing something gentle, being patient,
and giving your skin the time it needs.
Sometimes, aging isnโ€™t about reversing time โ€”
itโ€™s about taking better care of the skin youโ€™re in.

I was delighted to meet Dr. Ahmed Al-Ansari, Governor of Fayoum, on the sidelines of the "You Are the Most Important" initiative delegation's visit to implement the Girls' Friendly Schools project for the first time within the governorate, in cooperation with Ambassador Moshira Khattab, Head of the National Council for Human Rights. This is the most heartwarming and meaningful work I've ever done, and I thank the wonderful Dr. Rehab Al-Fakhrani for this humanitarian opportunity that has given my life deeper meaning. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป๐Ÿฉต
