We continue to provide Accident and emergency service ,working in a completely unbearable condition with out stop working for a second, we continue to do that for almost near 4 years with out asking for any fevour from any one we tackled the fact that emergency service has to be provided even during disasterous situation, putting these gools in between our eyes and regarding the change with in our homeland and the transitional period regarding the protest and lack of goverment, our incharge staff continue to bear and to overcome all pertended obastcles in their way to do their jobs they suffered alot because of overcrowding and lack of resources and capacity of the hospital to accomodate this huge number of patients.
This hospital since day one of foundation continue to have shortage of sttaf nurses and other effecient working sttaf with huge contribution from non govermental organization , and complete neglegance from the goverment as part of general policy of the previous goverment to get rid of providing health care service.
The hospital staff visualizing the important of providing a such type of service and the sensetivity of the situation for not stopping providing emergency service for puplic ,this ethical and moral responsibilities held by those employee for long time .
The upgrade of the problem to the ministry of health with zero input and intension from ministry of health to submit the health care expenses to be run by universities this will put our people in this country on fire because it will change the emergency service to a private service beared per patient as emergency care provider we will never accept that.
Moreover, this is enviroment is completely not acceptable to treat animals what if it is related to human being.
We do appolagize to our client for improper service for system issues and lack of resources and overcrowding.
We wrote that and we know very well what is going on with in the other hospitals we are highering the situation and we ask the prime minister and the minister of health to come to have a look bcs we will loose our staff and the center and peoper trained emergency medicine staff.
