بيان توضيحي واستنكار
في الوقت الذي تواصل فيه جماهير شعبنا السوداني معركتها اليومية من أجل البقاء، وتبذل فيه غرف الطوارئ والقوى القاعدية جهوداً عظيمة تحت ظروف بالغة التعقيد والخطورة لخدمة المتأثرين بالحرب، ظلت بعض المجموعات والأفراد تسعى لاختطاف مؤسسات العمل القاعدي والزج بها في صراعات ومواقف لا تعبّر عن القواعد الحقيقية ولا عن الإرادة الجماعية للمتطوعين والعاملين بالميدان.
لقد تابع مجلس تنسيق العمل القاعدي – جنوب دارفور البيان المتداول بشأن ما سُمّي بفك الارتباط مع مجلس تنسيق العمل القاعدي (LCC)، والمنشور باسم ( غرف طوارئ وسط دارفور ) في محاولة مكشوفة لتضليل الرأي العام واستغلال أسماء الأجسام القاعدية لتحقيق أجندات ضيقة لا تمت بصلة لقضايا المواطنين أو أولويات العمل الإنساني.
وعليه نوضح الآتي:
أولاً: يؤكد مجلس تنسيق العمل القاعدي – جنوب دارفور أن هذا البيان لا يمثل موقف المجلس الرسمي، ولم يتم اعتماده أو إجازته عبر المؤسسات والهياكل التنظيمية المعروفة.
ثانياً: يستنكر المجلس الزج باسم غرف ومكونات جنوب دارفور في هذا البيان دون تفويض أو سند شرعي، ويؤكد أن بعض الأفراد الذين شاركوا في إصدار أو ترويج هذا البيان هم أعضاء مفصولون ولا يمثلون المجلس بأي صفة تنظيمية أو إدارية.
ثالثاً: يؤكد المجلس التزامه الكامل بالمبادئ الإنسانية والعمل القاعدي المستقل، وحرصه على وحدة جهود الاستجابة الإنسانية وخدمة المواطنين المتأثرين بالحرب بعيداً عن أي استقطابات أو أجندات ضيقة.
رابعاً: يحتفظ المجلس بحقه الكامل في اتخاذ الإجراءات التنظيمية والقانونية تجاه كل من استغل اسم المجلس أو حاول التحدث باسمه دون تفويض رسمي.
كما يدعو المجلس جميع الشركاء والجهات الإنسانية ووسائل الإعلام إلى تحري الدقة، وعدم اعتماد أي بيانات أو مواقف لا تصدر عبر القنوات الرسمية المعروفة للمجلس.

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
Clarification and Condemnation Statement
At a time when the Sudanese people continue their daily struggle for survival, and while emergency rooms and grassroots forces are making tremendous efforts under extremely complex and dangerous conditions to serve those affected by the war, certain groups and individuals have continued attempting to hijack grassroots institutions and drag them into conflicts and positions that do not represent the genuine grassroots base or the collective will of volunteers and field workers.
The South Darfur Grassroots Coordination Council has followed the circulated statement regarding the so-called disengagement from the Local Coordination Council (LCC), published under the name of the Central Darfur Emergency Room, in a clear attempt to mislead public opinion and exploit the names of grassroots bodies to serve narrow agendas unrelated to citizens’ issues or humanitarian priorities.
Accordingly, we clarify the following:
First: The South Darfur Grassroots Coordination Council confirms that this statement does not represent the council’s official position and was neither approved nor endorsed through the recognized institutional and organizational structures.
Second: The council condemns the unauthorized use of the names of South Darfur emergency rooms and components in this statement without any legitimate mandate or authorization. The council further confirms that some individuals involved in issuing or promoting this statement are dismissed members and do not represent the council in any organizational or administrative capacity.
Third: The council reaffirms its full commitment to humanitarian principles and independent grassroots work, as well as its dedication to unifying humanitarian response efforts and serving citizens affected by the war away from polarization or narrow agendas.
Fourth: The council reserves its full right to take organizational and legal measures against anyone who exploits the council’s name or attempts to speak on its behalf without official authorization.
The council also calls upon all partners, humanitarian organizations, and media outlets to verify information carefully and refrain from relying on any statements or positions not issued through the council’s officially recognized channels.
