Menβs urology health is often shaped by myths, half-truths, and things people hear from friends or online.
The reality is that not having s*x does not cause prostate cancer. Prostate cancer risk is more strongly linked to factors such as age, family history, and genetics. Foamy urine does not automatically mean kidney failure, but if it happens often, it may be worth checking because persistent foamy urine can sometimes be linked to protein in the urine. Smelly urine does not always mean infection either. Urine odour can also be affected by dehydration, foods, medications, or other causes.
The key is not to self-diagnose based on one symptom or one myth. If urinary or prostate-related concerns persist, medical assessment can help clarify the cause and guide appropriate care.
