Project: It'll Be Alright (IBA) is a youth mental health project started by a group of Singaporean Youth that had a common goal in driving mental wellness within Singapore - starting with collecting and sharing stories of mental health struggles and resilience. At IBA, we believe in the powe

Hey there, we are Project: It'll Be Alright (IBA),a youth mental well-being project started by a group of youths with a common goal to promote mental well-being in Singapore and destigmatise mental health issues!

Over the past 2 years we have hosted 2 live panel discussions with different members of the community on topics such as life in school, career transition, and navigating the social media space safely.

We also launched our first e-book that featured over 40 heartfelt stories of youths who overcame their struggles, challenges, and loss. The launch was accompanied by an art exhibition in the National Museum of Singapore, to showcase our project through the artistic lens.

Follow us and stay tuned for our upcoming initiatives! Remember, you are not alone and it’ll be alright! 🤍
