Every Reiki class is special to me, because every group brings a different energy, different stories, and different reasons for stepping onto this path.

Thank you for trusting me to walk alongside you as you begin your Reiki journey. I am truly grateful for the openness, laughter, sharing, and beautiful energy we experienced together. 🙏🏻

Reiki 1 is only the beginning. It is not about becoming someone different, but about learning to connect more deeply with yourself, to listen within, and to allow Reiki to become part of your everyday life.

May you continue to practise, heal, grow, and discover Reiki in your own unique way. There is no need to rush. Trust your journey, trust your experience, and most importantly, trust yourself. 🌿

🤍 A very special milestone for me.

Yesterday was the very first Kundalini Reiki class that I facilitated, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful group to begin this journey with.

Congratulations to these 5 beautiful souls for completing the class. ✨

Looking at this photo makes my heart feel very full. I’m grateful for the trust you placed in me, for your openness throughout the day, and for all the laughter, sharing, connection, and beautiful moments we experienced together.

Whenever I facilitate a new class for the first time, there is always something special about it. We may come together as teacher and students, but every class reminds me that we are also learning, experiencing, and growing together.

So thank you for being my first group of Kundalini Reiki students. ❤️

You will always hold a special place in this chapter of my journey.

May the energy you received continue to support you in your own beautiful way, wherever your journey takes you next.

Not everything that happens in your life is your fault.

You didn’t choose where you were born.
You can’t control how others treat you.
You can’t prevent every loss, disappointment, betrayal, or unexpected turn in life.

Sometimes, life is simply unfair.

But there is a difficult truth that comes with growing up:

Even when something isn’t your fault, your life is still your responsibility.

We can spend years waiting for someone to change.
Waiting for an apology.
Waiting for circumstances to become fair.
Waiting for someone to finally understand what they did to us.

And perhaps they should.

But what if they never do?

At some point, we have to ask ourselves:

What am I going to do with the life that is in my hands now?

Taking responsibility doesn’t mean blaming yourself.

It means knowing what was outside your control, while taking ownership of what is still within it.

Ask for help.
Receive support.
Rest when you need to.
Grieve what you need to grieve.

But don’t hand the direction of your life to what happened to you.

You may not have chosen the circumstances.

But the next chapter is still yours to write. 🤍

生命里发生的很多事，
并不是你的错。

有些伤害，不是你造成的。
有些离开，不是你能阻止的。
有些不公平，你已经尽力了，也未必能改变。

我们当然可以难过，
可以愤怒，
可以觉得委屈。

因为那些感受都是真的。

但长大以后，我们慢慢会明白一件很难接受的事：

不是你的错，
不代表你可以把自己的人生，也一起交给这件事。

你可以等一句道歉，
等一个人改变，
等对方终于明白自己做错了什么。

可是，如果他永远不明白呢？

如果那句道歉永远不会来呢？

难道你的人生，
也要一直停在那里吗？

为自己的人生负责，
不是把别人的错揽到自己身上。

而是承认：

有些事情，我改变不了。
但接下来我要怎么活，
我仍然有选择。

你可以求助，
可以被支持，
可以休息，
也可以花时间疗愈自己。

但终有一天，
你还是要把方向盘拿回自己手里。

因为真正的成长，
不是证明这一切都是你的责任。

而是即使这一切从来都不是你的错，

你依然选择，
不让它决定你余下的人生。

你无法重写已经发生的过去。

但你仍然可以决定，
接下来的人生，要怎么继续。🤍

Today feels especially meaningful. 🤍

Congratulations to Natalie and Vivian on completing your Reiki Master Teacher Training and stepping into your journey as Reiki Master Teachers. 🙏🏻✨

Becoming a Reiki Master Teacher is not simply about completing another level or receiving a certificate. It is a journey of healing, practice, self-reflection, trust, and learning to hold space for others with love and responsibility.

As your teacher, one of the most beautiful moments is seeing students who once came to learn Reiki, slowly grow through their own journey, and today become teachers who can continue sharing Reiki with others.

Thank you both for trusting me to walk alongside you on this journey. I am deeply grateful and proud to witness this beautiful milestone. ❤️

And our little Reiki family is still growing. One more student is completing her Reiki Master Teacher journey soon, and I am already looking forward to celebrating another beautiful new beginning together. 🌿

May you always teach from the heart, remain humble as a student of life, and allow Reiki to continue guiding you as you bring healing, awareness and love to the people who cross your path.

This is not the end of the journey. It is the beginning of another. 🙏🏻✨

Reiki 1 is where the journey begins.

For me, Reiki is not only about learning how to do healing. It is first about learning to become more aware of ourselves, our energy, our emotions, and how we move through everyday life.

This is also why I intentionally keep every Reiki class small, with a maximum of 6 students only.

I want the class to feel personal, cozy and unhurried. A space where everyone has enough time to practise, ask questions, receive guidance, and experience Reiki for themselves, rather than sitting in a large group and simply following through the lesson.

Over these 2 days, we will go through the foundation of Usui Reiki, including Reiki attunement, hands-on healing practice, the Five Reiki Principles, and both traditional Japanese and Western Reiki approaches.

There will be plenty of practice, sharing and discussion along the way.

No prior experience is needed.

📅 19 & 20 September 2026
⏰ 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
📍 Punggol, Singapore
🌿 Maximum 6 students

And after the class, the learning does not end there. All my students are always welcome to return for free refresher classes, to practise again, ask questions, reconnect with the teachings, and continue learning together.

I believe Reiki is something we deepen through practice, not something we finish after one weekend.

Sometimes, the hardest person to be honest with is ourselves.

We tell ourselves,
“I meant well.”
“My intention was good.”
“That wasn’t what I meant.”

And perhaps we truly believe it.

But self-reflection asks us to look deeper.

Not only at what we intended,
but at what we actually did.

Not only at the story we tell ourselves,
but at the consequences our actions created.

Because sometimes, there is a gap between who we believe we are and how we actually show up.

And that gap is not something to hide from.
It is something to see.

True self-reflection is not about judging ourselves or proving ourselves wrong.

It is having the courage to ask:

What did my actions reveal about me?
What did they create?
And what can I learn from this?

The more honestly we can see ourselves,
the more consciously we can choose who we become.

Growth often begins with the courage to see ourselves as we truly are. 🤍

有时候，最难诚实面对的人，
其实是自己。

我们会告诉自己：

「我的出发点是好的。」
「我没有恶意。」
「我不是那个意思。」

而我们也可能真的相信，自己就是这样想的。

但真正的自省，会邀请我们再往深处看一点。

不只是看自己原本想做什么，
也看自己实际上做了什么。

不只是听自己如何解释，
也看自己的行为，最终带来了什么结果。

因为有时候，
我们以为的自己，
和我们真正活出来的自己之间，
是有距离的。

而看见这份距离，
不是为了责怪自己。

而是为了认识自己。

真正的自省，不是急着证明自己对或错，
而是有勇气问自己：

我的行为，照见了什么？
它带来了什么？
而我又能从中看见、学习什么？

当我们越来越能够如实地看见自己，
我们才越来越能够清醒地选择，
自己想成为怎样的人。

真正的成长，
往往从愿意如实看见自己的那一刻开始。 🤍

Congratulations to the beautiful souls who completed their Reiki Level 1 journey with us over the weekend. 🤍✨

Two days of learning, experiencing, practising, sharing, and most importantly, beginning a deeper relationship with Reiki and with yourself.

Reiki 1 is not about becoming someone “more spiritual”. It is an invitation to become more present, more aware, and more connected to yourself. The real journey begins after the class, when Reiki slowly becomes part of your everyday life.

And it was so lovely to welcome our refreshers back into the space too. 🌿

At Heart Consciousness, refreshers are always welcome to return and join the Reiki classes for free. Sometimes we come back because we want to practise again, sometimes we have forgotten certain things, and sometimes we simply experience the teachings differently because we ourselves have grown.

There is no need to walk this journey alone.

May we continue to learn together, practise together, support one another, and grow alongside each other on this sacred journey. 🤍

Thank you for your trust, your openness, your laughter, your beautiful energy, and for allowing me to be part of your Reiki journey.

On 7 August, we came together once again for something very close to our hearts. 🤍

Our annual Reiki × Sound Healing collaboration between Studio330 and Heart Consciousness, held in celebration of Singapore’s National Day. 🇸🇬

Every year, this gathering reminds me that healing can go beyond ourselves.

We gathered in one space to rest, receive, reconnect, and share the energy of Reiki and sound. At the same time, every dollar received from this session was donated to CARES JB Animal Shelter, supporting the animals who may not have a voice of their own, but are equally deserving of love, care, safety, and kindness. 🐾

I am deeply grateful to everyone who joined us and chose to spend this meaningful evening together. Your presence made this possible, and through simply being part of the session, you also became part of something that extends beyond the healing room.

A heartfelt thank you to 330 Studio for opening this space to us once again, for the trust, the beautiful collaboration, and for giving Heart Consciousness the opportunity to continue creating this meaningful yearly tradition together.

I truly appreciate the people and opportunities that allow us to use what we do not only for healing, but also for giving.

Perhaps this is one of the most beautiful expressions of healing.

When what we receive within ourselves can eventually become something we give back to another being. 🤍

Happy 61st National Day, Singapore 🇸🇬

Today, I simply want to say thank you.

Thank you for being a place many of us are fortunate to call home. A place where different cultures, languages, beliefs and stories can exist side by side, and where we continue learning how to live, grow and move forward together.

I’m grateful for the safety, opportunities and stability we often experience in our everyday lives. These may feel ordinary because we are used to them, but they are never something I want to take for granted.

Singapore is not perfect, and neither are we. But perhaps what makes a home meaningful is not perfection. It is the people, the memories, the struggles we have overcome, and the hope that we can continue creating something better together.

May we continue to grow not only as a nation, but also as human beings, with more kindness, compassion, understanding and heart.

✨ A beautiful weekend of learning, heartfelt connection, and spiritual growth. ❤️

Congratulations to our 4 students who completed the Intensive Channeling Path over the weekend. Thank you for showing up with sincerity, courage, trust, and an open heart throughout this journey.

Channeling is not only about receiving messages. It is also about learning to quiet the mind, strengthen our awareness, trust our inner guidance, and become a clearer channel for love, wisdom, and healing.

It was truly meaningful to witness each of you explore your own connection in your own unique way. Every experience was different, yet every experience carried something valuable.

We were also very happy to welcome back 3 refresher students who returned to attend the class again. Thank you for continuing to learn, practise, and deepen your understanding with us. Your presence also brought warmth, support, and encouragement to the new students. 🙏

At Heart Consciousness, all refresher classes are free for life.

We believe spiritual learning does not end after completing a class or receiving a certificate. Sometimes, when we return to the same teaching at a different stage of our journey, we understand it in a completely new way.

This is why our students are always welcome to come back, practise again, ask questions, reconnect with the community, and continue growing together.

Thank you to every student who placed your trust in me and allowed me to be part of your journey. I am deeply grateful for every sharing, every breakthrough, every laugh, and every beautiful moment we experienced together.
