โณFrom 01.10.2026 to 10.10.2026โŒ›๏ธ

It unexpectedly took me 10 days for this blog post and I found myself in many timeless zones in the process of writing and finishing this.

I started writing a few minutes before 01.10. And in a weird and unplanned way I finished it a few minutes after 10.10, so it took me 10 days in total with this being my priority (sometimes even over my meals and sleep) haha.

I am grateful for everything โ™ฅ๏ธ grateful for myself, my Self and the encounters leading up to this moment.

I hope a part of my soul reaches yours ๐Ÿงš๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ

To be vulnerable is to not dim your own light ๐Ÿ’ก
To be vulnerable is to shine your light ๐Ÿ’ก
To be vulnerable is to show up for yourself ๐Ÿ’ก
To be vulnerable to be the voice for your true feelings ๐Ÿ’ก
To be vulnerable is to build your own garden ๐Ÿ’ก

I believe that some of our biggest transformations often start from an inner one that nobody else can see. ๐Ÿฉถ I remember that these seasons used to scare me a lot (I guess they still do), but there is more recognition now. And also I think whatโ€™s different is that Iโ€™ve now see them as an inevitable part of growth, and an in-between state as we come to re-meet ourselves again.

To me, healing is a process of guiding ourselves back to what truly matters at our core, and being able to live from that place more fully ๐Ÿงš๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ

I found myself revisiting something I wrote four years ago, on 1 April 2022.

Different season of life now, but I find myself circling the same question:

What does knowing that life ends ask of the way we live it? ๐ŸคŽ

From an old blog post: ๐˜ž๐˜ฉ๐˜ข๐˜ต ๐˜‹๐˜ฐ ๐˜ ๐˜ž๐˜ข๐˜ฏ๐˜ต ๐˜›๐˜ฐ ๐˜‰๐˜ฆ ๐˜™๐˜ฆ๐˜ฎ๐˜ฆ๐˜ฎ๐˜ฃ๐˜ฆ๐˜ณ๐˜ฆ๐˜ฅ ๐˜‰๐˜บ?

What if growth is becoming more fully alive?

When did slowing down start feeling like something we have to earn? We move from one task to the next, one thought to another โ€” until constantly being โ€œonโ€ starts to feel normal.

Together with Chill By Nette, psychotherapist Jeannette Qhek explores why slowing down can feel unfamiliar, and how simple sensory cues can help us transition from one state to another and create moments where the mind and body feel safe enough to settle.

At HYSSES, we believe wellness can begin with these small, intentional pauses โ€” through scent, ritual and the space we create for ourselves. You donโ€™t always need to do more. Sometimes, you need a cue to slow down.
